Abstract: Many academics have been interested in the research on sustainable performance and how it affects the organization’s economic, social, and environmental development. Research into the connection between traditional organizations’ sustainable performance and local culture is still in its early stages. The purpose of this study was to investigate how organizational culture and leadership approaches relate to knowledge management and sustainable performance. The role of knowledge management as a mediating factor in the relationship between organizational culture, leadership style, and sustainable performance is also examined in this study. This study used a quantitative methodology and the purposive sampling technique, distributing a questionnaire to 99 participants in the Bali Province, Indonesia. SEM-PLS was the analysis method. The findings showed that knowledge management is significantly impacted by organizational culture and transformational leadership. This study also establishes that knowledge management mediates the links between leadership style and sustainable performance as well as the links between organizational culture and sustainability. The knowledge-based theory regarding knowledge management practices and sustainability performance is theoretically supported by this study. The characteristics of organizational culture in conventional organizations are also highlighted in this study, as well as the efficiency of transformational leadership in achieving long-term organizational performance. In terms of application, the findings give governments and regulators insights to help them continuously implement knowledge management to achieve sustainable performance.
