Title: ROTATED STREAM CIPHER-BASED REVERSIBLE DATA-HIDING-THROUGH-ENCRYPTION SCHEME
Abstract: Reversible data-hiding has attracted a lot of attention in recent years due to its numerous applications in cloud computing and medical image transmission. A framework for concealing sensitive information in an image while it is being encrypted has just recently come to light. In this article, we suggest a brand-new, reversible data-hiding-through-encryption method that will guarantee a high embedding rate without adding any extra key handling overhead. The encryption and/or decryption keys should be shared with the receiver in order to extract data and recover images using the proposed algorithm, which can use any reliable symmetric encryption scheme. According to the suggested scheme, a data hider can conceal three bits of a secret message within a B x B pixel image block. Analyzing the proximity of adjacent pixels will be used to carry out data extraction and image recovery. The USC-SIPI dataset simulation of the new scheme demonstrates that it outperforms the well-known existing schemes in terms of embedding rates and bit error rates.
