Abstract:

Within the confines of this paradigm, the findings of the research provide a theoretical basis for combining project management with managerial practices that are more conventional. The Deming cycle, often called PDCA, which stands for “Plan, Do, Check, and Act,” serves as the foundation for the whole procedure. In addition, it ensures that the PBO will stick to a consistent path to achieve its objectives without first causing friction between the functional and project managers.
