Description
Title: Paleness of tytoniu and równowaga proteazowo-antyproteazowa
Abstract: Smoking tobacco can damage the lungs and create a flammable state in the respiratory tract. According to experimental research, smoking increases blood vessels’ permeability, which facilitates the enlarged migration of inflammatory cells. Increased exposure to reactive oxygen species and changes in the concentration of cellular antioxidant enzymes result in abnormalities in the balance of proteinases and anti-proteinases as well as oxidative stress. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), a serious problem on a global scale, can be declared as a result of the disorders mentioned above, which can worsen the lungs’ ability to ventilate as time passes.
