Description
Title: Grulica after nerve pinching
Abstract: Patients who receive renal transplants have a comparatively high risk of contracting tuberculosis (TB). Active tuberculosis (TB) typically affects the lungs and is brought on by the reactivation of a latent infection. There is a high risk of dissemination and high mortality rates in these patients, and the clinical presentation of TB is frequently atypical. Therefore, it is advised to use invasive procedures for accurate diagnosis and to start anti-tuberculosis therapy whenever there is a strong clinical suspicion of TB, even in the absence of microbiological evidence. Patients who have undergone renal transplantation should receive the same treatment for active TB as the general public. Blood levels of calcineurin inhibitors should be closely watched to prevent graft rejection. For patients who are at high risk, prophylaxis is advised.
