Title: Examples of multiple criteria ranking in the design of mobile cellular networks
Abstract: This paper discusses the planning and design of modern mobile communication networks in which an existing network is subject to extensive development and modification, leading to an evolution with a variety of user requirements and a variety of network cell densities. This prompts thought about the various network design variations. An investor might request a ranking of the available network design variants if there are several of them. Obviously, the investor is not constrained by the outcomes of such a ranking and may opt for a variant that is not ranked highest, but an objective ranking may aid in the decision. As a result, the paper provides a method for computing and some examples of ranking objects using multiple criteria, preferably without the need to determine weighting coeficients.
