Description

Title: A Reiteration of Noncoding RNAs’ Emergence as Regulators of the Important Gallbladder Cancer Symptoms

Abstract: The malignancy known as gall bladder cancer (GBC) is uncommon, among the most aggressive, and frequently accompanied by a poor prognosis and survival rate. It is a highly metastatic cancer that frequently goes undiagnosed in the early stages, which lowers patient survival rates. The range of the currently accessible surgical and nonsurgical treatment modalities is restricted by the disease’s poor diagnosis and chemoresistance. Exploring new therapeutic targets and biomarkers is therefore necessary to lessen the severity of the disease and promote advanced therapeutic methods A growing body of research has linked increased cell proliferation to the abnormal expression of several noncoding RNAs (ncRNAs), including circular RNAs (circRNAs), long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs), microRNAs (miRNAs), and small nucleolar RNAs (snoRNA). chemoresistance, decreased apoptosis, invasion, migration, metastasis, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) in GBC. Numerous studies have shown that dysregulated ncRNA expression is linked to a poor prognosis, lower disease-free survival, and overall mortality in GBC. patients. These studies imply that novel diagnostic and prognostic markers for the treatment of GBC may be ncRNAs. By examining their functional and regulatory roles, the current review recapitulates the involvement of various ncRNAs in the onset and progression of GBC and the creation of novel therapeutic approaches.
