Title: Organizational Support in Financial Technology and COVID-19
Abstract: The goal of this study is to ascertain how MSME owners who run businesses based on financial technology were supported by their organizations and what role they played during the COVID-19 and earlier periods. Through fintech-based training, it also aims to identify the priorities that must be taken into account in organizations under various circumstances. This study is experimental and includes training. given to the test group, but not to the control group. The significant differences in the same group under various conditions were identified using a paired-samples t-test analysis technique. The findings demonstrated the significance of fintech- ased training for assisting businesses. groups that underwent training and those without it differ significantly. This training is therefore necessary, especially in times of emergency like the COVID-19 pandemic.
