Medical nanotechnology research has enormous potential to improve people’s health. Although the benefits of creating nanomaterials have been well documented, it is clear that there are still some significant problems that need to be resolved right away to ensure that they do not negatively impact living things in any way. As an emerging scientific field with numerous applications in science and technology, particularly with numerous frontiers in the development of new materials, nanoparticles have special value in biology and materials science. An overview of recent significant advancements in the use of plant-derived nanomaterials in the global development of medicine and biomedical applications is provided here.
