The potential for AI’s use in epidemiology, the research of host-pathogen interactions, and drug development grows as the field matures and gains access to more trained algorithms. Today, AI is used in a variety of industries, including drug discovery, individualized healthcare, gene editing, radiology, image processing, and medication management. The use of AI-based technologies will soon make more accurate diagnosis and cost-effective treatment possible. Due to the use of cutting-edge AI-based techniques, farmers have reduced waste, increased output, and cut down on the time it takes to get their products to market. Additionally, one can alter the metabolic pathways of living systems using AI via machine learning (ML) and deep learning-based smart programs in order to achieve the best results with the fewest inputs. To increase the yield in the bio-based industrial setup, such efforts can be made to improve the industrial strains of microbial species. The potential uses of AI in areas of biology like medicine, agriculture, and bio-based industry are outlined in this article.
