Abstract: This study looked at how the Micro Waqf Bank supports female microbusiness owners. A mixed methodology with an explanatory design was used in this study. This study quantifies the impact of financing, mentoring, and the shared responsibility system on the expansion of micro-enterprises. Using a purposive sampling technique, 200 female microentrepreneurs were selected as the sample. The Structural Equation Model based on Partial Least Squares (SEM PLS) technique was used to analyze quantitative data. The Micro Waqf Bank’s role in empowering women, including how it handled crises brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, is examined qualitatively in this study. The technique for analyzing qualitative data was thematic analysis. Six informants from MWB Mawaridussalam, including management, mentors, and female microbusinesses, participated in this study. The quantitative research findings show that the joint responsibility system, financing, and mentoring have a positive and significant impact on the growth of micro-enterprise members. The most important factor influencing a micro-enterprise business’s growth is mentoring. Qualitatively, the study’s findings highlight the Micro Waqf Bank’s contribution to the economic empowerment of female microentrepreneurs by specifically endorsing the strengthening of the mentoring role.
