Title: Understanding the Potential of Digital Services in Sustainability-Oriented Organizational Performance: Is It Different Due to Digital Leadership?
Abstract: In order to assess the effects of the role of digital servitization (DS) as a potential facilitator of the establishment of a sustainable and smart service innovation ecosystem (SSSIE) and the improvement of sustainability-oriented organizational performance (SOOP), this research proposed and improved a statistically reliable paradigm. Additionally, this study sought to shed light on digital leadership’s (DL) function as a moderator of the proposed model. In order to process and analyze the data obtained from a cross-sectional convenience sample of 412 respondents representing various public service sector organizations, structural equation modeling and multigroup analysis (MGA) were used. (PSSOs). The statistical findings supported the assertion that DS was positively and significantly correlated to the establishment of SSSIE and that DS and SSSIE significantly increased SOOP. Next, the operationalization of SSSIE strengthened the connection between DS and SOOP. Finally, the MGA results demonstrated that under the moderating effect of DL, all of the model’s coefficients were statistically significantly different. These results could offer numerous in-depth, practical insights for practitioners and decision-makers in the management and governance of digital initiatives.
