Title: Analysis of Knowledge-Driven Business Performance Improvement through the Speed of Innovation on Maximization Strategy Intangible Assets
Abstract: The goal of this study is to ascertain how consumer, structural, and human capital affect financial performance and innovation speed. The study employed quantitative data collection methods, including the distribution of questionnaires with Likert scale ratings. The slovin formula was used to determine the sampling method, which was random sampling. MSMEs in Buleleng Regency made up the study’s population, and 392 MSMEs were included in the study’s samples. The Structural Equation Model with WarpPLS 5.0 software modeling was used to take into consideration data or statistical analysis methods in the study. The findings indicate that neither the technology nor the commitment variables significantly influence the growth of religious ecotourism villages. Contrarily, cultural shifts have a big impact on how eco-religious villages develop. The speed of innovation is one of the key factors for MSMEs to improve financial performance, and it is used in this study as a moderating variable. Intellectual capital, which is currently concentrated on knowledge-driven business to gain a competitive advantage, is supported by the speed of innovation.
